Over ten years ago, I was a stay at home mom, who had been overweight my entire life. Never athletic, and never someone who exercised, I was always yo-yoing and struggling with my health and fitness. One day I decided I had had enough, and group fitness changed my life.

A stimulating way to activate those muscles is through Strength Training. In this class we focus on the the upperbody and core. Every class is a little different to keep your mind and body guessing.
